We had great attendance at our second meeting held at Immanuel Lutheran School in Palatine.  Dr. Patricia Hoffman, professor of education at Concordia University Chicago, came to visit and shared some information regarding early childhood education.  

Phonemic awareness was our focus for this meeting.  Directors brought in some great resources to share.  Here are a few you may find helpful for your staff:
